60% of Azeri Citizens Want War

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to a public opinion survey, held by the Karabakh Liberation Organization (KLO) of Azerbaijan, 60 Azeri citizens support settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict by force. In the words of KLO leader Akif Nagi, survey returns show that the Azeri society is fully ready to a war. «Over half of respondents prefer the war as the only way to solve the issue of occupation of Azeri lands for good. Basic arguments of supporters of hostilities refer to the peace talks having no positive outcomes and the international community not considering Armenia aggressor,» he said. In his turn, there are people in the country, who hope for diplomatic settlement of the problem. According to the KLO survey, 25% of research participants were for peaceful settlement of the NK conflict, reports Day.az.
