Martirosyan-Andrade will be fighting for the vacant WBO junior middleweight title that was recently stripped from Zaurbek Baysangurov. Martirosyan was supposed to be fighting on the Manny Pacquiao vs. Brandon Rios undercard on November 23, but HBO chose to say yes to putting the fight on the Chavez Jr-Vera undercard. Martirosyan, 27, has mostly fought weak opposition during his 8 year pro career. Recently he stepped up and fought Erislandy Lara last year in November 2011. Martirosyan appeared to be on his way to losing the fight when he caught a break when he had a clash of heads with Lara in the 9th, causing a bad cut over Martirosyan’s left eye.
