NKR Security Council Considered Karabakh Settlement

PanARMENIAN.Net - Matters referring to the current phase of settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict were discussed at a session of the Nagorno Karabakh Security Council March 13. During the meeting the process of elaboration of the NKR Constitution was also touched upon. NKR President Arkady Ghukasyan ordered to convene a session of the Constitutional Commission next week. The meeting participants also touched upon a number of problems, relating to social and economic development of the republic, reports NKR President's Press Service.
