March 27 Vartan Oskanian and US State Secretary Condoleezza Rice will take part in the ceremony of signing an agreement between Armenian Government and Millennium Challenge Corporation. The same day the Armenian FM will meet with US Co-Chair of the OSCE MG Steven Mann.March 17 the Armenian FM will take part in the forum on Armenian issues, organized by the Armenian Assembly of America and a number of other Armenian American organizations, as well as will have separate meetings with Armenian community members. March 28 V. Oskanian will hold a news conference at the National Press Club in Washington. March 30 the Armenian FM will meet with UNDP Administrator Kemal Dervish and UN GA President Jan Elliason, while March 31 a meeting with UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan is scheduled.
