The consecration is performed by the Catholicos of All Armenians and the primate of the New Nakhichevan and Russian Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church. The ceremony will be followed by the opening of exhibits titled Armenians of Moscow and Historic Journey as well as the Love and Fraternity theatrical performance.
