Russia Civic Chamber rep.: Biryulyovo murder leaves unanswered questions![]() October 18, 2013 - 16:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The murder in Moscow's Biryulyovo district that recently sparked violent clashes between anti immigrant protesters and police leaves a number of questions unanswered, a member of Russia's Civic Chamber said. "The first one concerns the murder which in itself is beyond comprehension, with Yegor Sherbakov stabbed in front of his girlfriend's eyes," Denis Dvornikov said. "The second one – is about the cruelty the Azeri suspect Zeynalov was treated with, with the whole incident hyped via TV and internet. This is one of the rare times when I agree with Azeri Foreign Ministry which earlier issued a note against public beating of the suspect during his arrest," he said. And the last question is what happens after the vegetable warehouse, where Zeynalov reportedly worked is closed. If closing of the warehouse was the only thing achieved after a mass riot, then the whole situation looks somewhat suspicious," Dvornikov said. ![]() ![]() Azerbaijani authorities report that they have already resettled 3,000 people in the Nagorno-Karabakh town of Stepanakert.
