  NKR MOD: Karabakh Didn't Violate CeasefireApril 3, 2006 - 17:13 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The statement of the Azerbaijani Defense Minister on the ceasefire violation is a recurrent lie, NKR Defense Ministry's department of information and propaganda, colonel Senor Asratyan told PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
