The Co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group for the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement Yuri Merzlyakov (Russia) and Bernard Fassier (France) as well as Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk were also present at the meeting.
