These will help avoid political and other complications after signing a peace treaty, as well as will present a number of economic dividends in exchange for compromises, to which Azerbaijan and Armenia will agree for solving the issue,» the source said. In his words, the NATO PA head plans to present his initiatives to the parties to conflict during his visit to Azerbaijan and Armenia scheduled in autumn, reports Interfax.
