Mutual Trust between Sides Urgent Condition for Karabakh Settlement
The establishment of mutual trust is the most important precondition for the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, NKR President Arkady Ghukasian stated at a meeting with Vice-speaker of the UK House of Lords, Baroness Caroline Cox.
The NKR President underscored that Artsakhi people assert their right to live freely and independently and voiced official Stepanakert's readiness to resolve the problem peacefully.
For her part Baroness Cox congratulated the leadership and people of Nagorno Karabakh in the 15th anniversary of proclamation of Independence. "Each visit to Karabakh fills me with optimism," she said, reported the NKR President's press unit.
