In his words, unless the EU decides how it will expand, speaking of it makes no sense. «Our task is to maximally implement the ENP,» he said.In his turn Finnish FM Erkki Tuomioja underscored that each country chooses its format of relations with various structures, e.g. the EU and NATO.
