  Moratinos: in Conflict Settlements We Will Proceed from Existing ResultsDecember 19, 2006 - 15:04 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - During the process of conflict settlements in Nagorno Karabakh, Abkhazia and South Osetia I shall proceed from the existing results and initiatives, said Spanish Foreign Minister Miguel Angel Moratinos, the upcoming OSCE Chairman-in-Office.
