It was later announced that Sederak Nazaryan would be taken to the Hospital for Convicts,” Sedrak Nazaryan's lawyer told Tert.am on Saturday, August 13. Nazaryan is facing charges over taking hostages (Article 218.3 of Armenia’s Criminal Cide), occupying buildings, premises and communication means (Article 219.3) and illegally acquiring, realizing, storing or transporting arms, ammunition and explosives (Article 235.3).
