GUAM frozen conflicts to be discussed in Kyev November 14

PanARMENIAN.Net - "Frozen conflicts on the GUAM territory will be discussed in Kyev November 14, Ukrainian Ambassador to Azerbaijan, Stepan Volkovetsky said.



"Ukraine initiated a conference on frozen conflicts on the GUAM territory at the level of Foreign Ministers," he said.



"There are conflicts in all GUAM member states, except for Ukraine," he added.
