RA CC dismissed actions on declaration presidential election results invalid

PanARMENIAN.Net - On March 8, the Armenian Constitutional Court dismissed the actions brought in by former presidential hopefuls Levon Ter-Petrosyan and Tigran Karapetyan urging to declare the results of the presidential election invalid.



According to the CC decision, all materials on electoral violations should be referred to RA prosecutor general's office.
