Obligations of Baku's "elder brother" burden for Ankara

PanARMENIAN.Net - Unlike Armenia and even Georgia, Azerbaijani forces split in all directions, a Russian political observer said.

"There are problems with Turkey as well. The obligations of Baku's "elder brother" have become a burden for Ankara, although Azeris find a broad response among Turkish patriots," Vadim Dubnov said in his piece of opinion in Gazeta.ru.

Turkey decided that the moment to settle affairs has come, according to him.

"Besides Karabakh, Azerbaijan has received a clear message from Iran, which warned against troubles in case NATO bases appear in the Azeri territory. Azerbaijan knows that it can get into big trouble by counting on one country and damaging the interests of another and tries to get bonuses from its own problems," Dubnov said.
