Khachik Safaryan, and his daughter, Lusine, were found shot to death in December inside their Little Armenia apartment in the 1200 block of Tamarind Avenue.Investigators think Safaryan and his daughter were killed in the morning. Their bodies were not found until that afternoon when Safaryan's 15-year-old daughter returned home from school, police said. The $75,000 award is being offered by Los Angeles Councilman Eric Garcetti, whose district includes the area, Los Angeles Times reports.
