Karabakh President's meeting with OSCE envoys called off

PanARMENIAN.Net - The meeting of the French and American co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, the Personal Representative of the Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk and Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan has been canceled Karabakh presidential spokesperson Vahram Poghosyan told ARMENPRESS.

The meeting has been called off at the initiative of the Armenian side, given what Poghosyan described as the "incomplete format" as the Russian co-chair isn’t participating in the regional visit.

The co-chairs – Stephan Visconti (France) and Andrew Schofer (the U.S.) – visited Baku on Saturday and met Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, who gave the mediators a cold shoulder and said he hasn't invited them to Baku.
