Lavrov to meet Armenian, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers in April

PanARMENIAN.Net - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will hold meetings with the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan – Ara Ayvazyan and Jeyhun Bayramov, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, told a briefing on Friday, March 26.

The meeting will take place on April 2 on the sidelines of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the CIS countries, Zakharova added.

"Among other possible meetings on the sidelines of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers, it is planned to talk between the Russian Foreign Minister and the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia," she said.

Lavrov and Aivazian last met in Moscow in February to discuss bilateral relations and the aftermath of the 44-day war in Nagorno-Karabakh.
