Ali Babacan's arrival to Yerevan for BSEC Foreign Ministers Council summit unclear

PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkey-Armenia relations are improving, Turkish Foreign Minister said.



"Problems between Armenia and Azerbaijan are much more serious," Ali Babacan said.



However, he did not confirm his participation at the BSEC Foreign Ministers Council summit to open in Yerevan on April 16.



"The point is that I should participate in a meeting on Pakistan scheduled for the same day in Japan," Babacan said, Zaman reports.
