Armenia HRD, Russian envoy discuss return of Armenian PoWs

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan and Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopyrkin have discussed a number of issues, including the urgency of the return of Armenian prisoners of war still being held in Azerbaijan.

Tatoyan noted the effective cooperation with the Russian Embassy in Armenia, thanked for the joint work on the exchange of information on the protection of the rights of Armenians in Russia.

The Human Rights Defender also praised the relations with the Federal Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tatiana Moskalkova, which he said are based on mutual trust.

The parties agreed to continue cooperation and exchange of information in the field of human rights.
