Klaar said the the deadly incident “underscores the urgency of pushing forward with negotiations to achieve stability and fair peace.” Beglaryan took to Twitter to express a growing mistrust and doubts about Klaar over the latter’s reactions to Azerbaijan’s crimes. “He is either: Amateur diplomat, Under [Azerbaijan’s] brainwashing, Corrupt official, With deviated perceptions of European values, interests & human rights.
