Artur Alexanyan breaks grip strength record

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Olympic wrestling champion Artur Alexanyan has broken a world record for grip strength, surpassing the result of Iranian wrestler Amir Reza Masouri.

The United World Wrestling (UWW) federation released a video featuring the legendary Armenian athlete attempting the hand grip strength test. According to the report by Arnsport, Alexanyan's result exceeded Masouri’s record, which had previously been recognized as a world record by UWW.

Artur Alexanyan is currently in Slovakia, where he is competing in the European Championship in pursuit of his eighth continental title.
