Van’t Schip says team atmosphere stable

PanARMENIAN.Net - Head coach of Armenia’s national football team, John van’t Schip, stated during a press conference that the overall atmosphere within the team is stable.

“The general atmosphere in the team is normal. Naturally, we’re disappointed by the defeat, but as I told the players, this is a process during which we must improve our game,” he said, referring to the recent heavy loss to Kosovo, as reported by Armenpress.

According to Van’t Schip, it’s important to combine a strong team performance with positive results.

“Of course, we have analyzed Montenegro and know they play a more attacking style of football. My biggest goal is to help the players representing the national team,” he added.

Armenia’s national team will face Montenegro in a friendly match on June 9. The game will kick off at 22:00 Yerevan time.
