Sargsyan-Aliyev meeting won't change anything
It's no realistic to expect any considerable change from the upcoming meeting of Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents, said Alexander Iskandaryan, director of Caucasus Institute.

"There is public consensus on the issue in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Nagorno Karabakh. Armenia's position is that resolution of the conflict is impossible without taking account of Artaskh people's will," he said. "Karabakh people are not infants whose destiny is determined by adults."

"Karabakh doesn't accept any idea to cede lands while Azerbaijani public excludes secession of Karabakh. Progress will be achieved if all sides find a common ground," Mr. Iskandaryan said.
