Do Yerevan and Baku have to wait for the "big brother"?

PanARMENIAN.Net - Any attempt to violate status quo in NKR conflict zone might lead to a catastrophe, ARF Dashnaktsutyun Parliamentary Faction Leader Vahan Hovhannesyan said at Yerevan -Moscow Space Bridge, entitled "RA and Azeri Presidents' meeting in Moscow. Is progress in negotiations possible?"

"Azerbaijanis must have forgotten that it was Armenia who forced Azeri part to peace. Armistice was concluded on Baku's request, we did not need it. We won because we repulsed the aggression," RA MP noted urging to remember how NKR conflict started. According to him, both conflicting parties are currently forced into ceasefire.

Caucasus Institute Director, politologist Alexander Iskandaryan noted that, Yerevan and Baku had better solve their problems on their own, instead of waiting for the "big brother".
