A one-moth leave of absence allowed to RA colony prisonerJuly 24, 2009 - 20:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Penal colony at RA Ministry of Justice allowed prisoner 1-month "leave of absence" to assist his family, currently in strained circumstances. In prisoner's ward are his disabled father, unemployed wife and two underage children, residing in the village of Noratus, Gegharkunik region. A short term "leave of absence" was allowed to the prisoner for crop harvesting.On October 26, 2006 Andranik Vardanyan was sentenced to 4,5 years of prison in accordance with art. 177, 3rd part of RA Criminal Code.
