Armenian wrestler beaten by Azeri at World Championship 1/8 final

PanARMENIAN.Net - Having sustained a defeat from Azerbaijan's Zalimhan Ahmedov, Armenian freestyle wrestlers Arthur Arakelyan (60 kg) dropped the World Championship, following his teammates Harutyun Yenokyan (84 kg) and Ruslan Basiyev (120 kg).



Migran Jaburyan, Zhirayr Danilelyan and Edgar Yenokyan were beaten on the first day, September 21.



Suren Markosyan (74 kg) will fight Georgia's Gela Sagirashvili on September 23.
