ARMENIA TO PARTICIPATE "COOPERATIVE BEST EFFORT-2004" EXERCISE IN AZERBAIJAN

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenia is ready to take part in the "Cooperative Best Effort-2004" exercise which is to be conducted within the framework of the NATO "Partnership in the Name of Peace" program in Azerbaijan. Deputy assistant of the Armenian defense minister Murad Isakhanian told journalists in Yerevan today. In his words, Armenian soldiers will go to Azerbaijan if the NATO leadership issues the corresponding invitation. It should be notes that the representatives of Azerbaijan do not participate in the "Cooperative Best Effort-2003" exercise held in Armenia, though the NATO has sent an invitation to Baku.
