Armenia’s teams participate successfully at World Team Table Tennis Championships

PanARMENIAN.Net - The World Team Table Tennis Championships kicked off in Moscow on May 23 with participation of 198 teams.

Armenia’s women team defeated the Iranian team 3:0, as well as teams of Argentina and Scotland 3:1 in the division III. However, the Armenian sportsmen lost to the Swiss team 0:3. Armenia’s women team consists of Hasmik Matevosyan, Hasmik Khachatryan and Luiza Nazaryan.

Armenia’s men team is participating in division IV. It also won three matches, losing one vs. Bahrain.

Armenia’s men team consists of Murad Asatryan, Mesrop Ghukasyan and Alexander Diaryan.
