Enn Eesmaa: EU should be open for other states

PanARMENIAN.Net - Estonia and Armenia experience no problems, what allows them develop relations, an Estonian politician said.

“Estonia doesn’t have embassy in Armenia yet but, as a member of the European Union, our country is interested in strengthening relations with Armenia,” Riigikogu member Enn Eesmaa told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

“Brussels’ policy offers good opportunities for cooperation with the eastern neighbors. The EU should be open for other states if they are willing to meet the Union’s criteria,” he said.
