Gabriel Sargissian: we are trying our best

PanARMENIAN.Net - Double Olympic Champions, Armenian men’s chess team defeated Poland thanks to the victory Gabriel Sargissian scored over Bartlomiej Macieja.

“The game vs. Macieja was long and hard,” Sargissian said. “I took a bad start but then Macieja made a mistake and I managed to turn the game in my favor.”

As to the atmosphere between the team members, he said, “We don’t have conflicts. We have played in team for many years and know each other well. We are trying our best, although the result is no the best one yet. But if we are lucky, we can even win.”
