Good relations with Armenia don’t prevent Belarus from arming Azerbaijan

PanARMENIAN.Net - Belarus-made Pechora 2TM medium range air defense systems are being modernized at a newly built plant not far from Baku, in compliance with an agreement signed with Tetraedr, the missile manufacturer.

“This acquisition will allow the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry to strengthen the anti-aircraft defense,” Tetraedr director Andrey Vakhovsky said.
