Armenia, EU discuss visa facilitation

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian has said that cooperation with the European Union is one of priorities of Armenia’s foreign policy.

Addressing the 11th meeting of the Armenia-EU cooperation council, Minister Nalbandian emphasized the efficient work of EU Advisory Group to Armenia.

The parties also focused on Eastern Partnership initiative and exchanged views on negotiations for comprehensive free trade agreement and intensification of political dialogue.

European officials voiced support to reforms carried out in Armenia and noted that certain steps have been already taken for visa facilitation between Armenia and the EU.
