Azerbaijan lacks pragmatic and organized opposition

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan lacks pragmatic and organized opposition, according to an Azerbaijani military expert.

“The political system of a civilized state can develop only when there is pragmatic and consistent opposition,” director of Third View information and analytical portal Rauf Rajabov said in an interview with Armenian journalists.

“As you know, the OSCE published a report on the 2010 parliamentary election. I can only say that the election had both positive and negative episodes,” he said.

Rajabov voiced hope that the Azerbaijani opposition will be formed by young and progressive people in the future.
