Crowley admits obstacles to Armenian-Turkish normalization

PanARMENIAN.Net - Spokesman for the U.S. State Department Philip Crowley said the U.S. has always placed a great deal of emphasis in normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations.

The Secretary herself has been fully engaged in this,” Mr. Crowley told a daily press briefing.

“We’ve understood for a number of months that there have been obstacles to progress. We will continue to engage Turkey, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and see how we can move forward,” he said.
