YSU rector: Islamic revolution in Iran influenced further events in Middle East and worldwide

PanARMENIAN.Net - Yerevan hosted a scientific conference entitled Islamic Revolution in Comparative Context to mark 32nd anniversary of Islamic revolution in Iran.

The event was organized by Yerevan State University (YSU) and Iranian embassy in Armenia.

YSU rector Aram Simonyan opened the conference, noting that the revolution influenced further events both in Middle East and worldwide.

“The world is changing and it’s interesting to analyze the events of the past,” he said.
