The statement of the Mayor’s Office reads that a representative of the Armenian National Movement, which makes a part of the ANC, submitted a notification to Yerevan Mayor’s Office on organization of a rally at Liberty Square on March 17. However, the Mayor’s Office rejected the request, saying that other events are scheduled to be held at Liberty Square on March 15, what was reported on February 23 and March 2. Besides, the Mayor’s Office offered the ANC to hold the rally at the territory adjacent to the building of Matenadaran museum-institute of ancient manuscripts.
