In the book, Turkey categorically denies the deliberate nature of 1915 Armenian Genocide, Nouvelle d’Armenie reports. The book cites key dates in the history of Turkey, from the Hun invasion to Abdullah Gul’s presidency. The book also contains a section the Armenian Issue, negating the Genocide and calling it a deportation instead. During the book presentation, the activists of Nor Serund (New Generation) public organization approached the stand and put the stickers reading No to Genocide Denial. No sooner did the Turkish staff managed to remove the stickers that they appeared again. The campaign lasted for several minutes and was stopped after the interference of exhibition CEO, to whom the Turkey delegation complained about the incident.
