  NKR air defense put on alert during military exercises of Azerbaijani air force April 14, 2011 - 18:36 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - 4 fighters and 9 combat helicopters conducted training flights from Azerbaijan’s Kyurdamir air base located near the border with Artsakh on April 14. No violation of Artsakh’s airspace was recorded. Artsakh’s air defense was put on an alert and controlled all the flights, the press service of the NKR Defense Army reported. Earlier, Azerbaijani Defense Ministry spokesman Eldar Sabiroglu confirmed holding military exercises and said that the minister personally observes the exercises.
