Belize recognizes Palestine

PanARMENIAN.Net - The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belize has announced that the government has decided to formally recognize Palestine as a sovereign and independent State within its pre-1967 borders.

As for Belize’s support for Palestine, “This has been our position... Every year, we have voted consistently for the inalienable rights of the Palestinian people. This is not new,” Chief Executive Officer in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Alexis Rosado said, quoted by Amandala.
