The international tournament was organized by Tennis Federation of Armenia and VivaCell-MTS mobile operator. Over 200 players applied for participation. Preliminary rounds are due October 1-2, with main stage matches to launch October 3, 10 a.m. Yerevan time. On October 10-16, Play City Cup tournament is due in Yerevan, to be serviced by International Tennis Federation arbiters. Prize fund was set at USD 10 thousand.
