THE PRELIMINARY SIGNING OF THE PROJECT OF CREDIT AGREEMENT BETWEEN WB AND THE MINISTRY OF JUSTICE OF ARMENIA TOOK PLACE IN WASHINGTON, D.C.

PanARMENIAN.Net - 21.07.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The minister of justice of Armenia, David Harutiunian was in Washington, D.C. on July 17-20, who lead negotiations with the World Bank about a credit program directed to the realization of judicial-legal reforms.

After the negotiations a preliminary signing of the project of this credit program took place, was reported to MEDIAMAX in the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.

It is expected that by this program Armenia will receive 11.4 million dollars for strengthening the technical base of judicial authorities. -0-
