Sternly denouncing the recent terrorist acts in Istanbul as a menace to the whole humanity, V. Oskanian conveyed his condolences to the Turkish minister in the view of the victims. In his turn, A.Gul informed of the course of the investigation instituted on the committed terrorist acts, emphasizing the necessity of the international cooperation in combating terrorism.
