At Gibraltar Chess Fest round 1, Movsesian, Sargissian, and Akobian beat Silas Lund (Denmark), Husein Nezad (Quatar), and Marcel Peek (Netherlands) resp. The Tradewise Gibraltar Chess Festival is set to take place from January 23 to February 2, 2012 at the Caleta Hotel in Gibraltar. The main event of the Festival is the 10-round Masters tournament from January 24.
