ARMENIAN RULING COALITION READY TO COLLABORATE WITH OPPOSITION, LEADING PARTIES REPRESENTATIVES STATED

PanARMENIAN.Net - On Saturday Monitoring Group of the Committee of Ministers Council of Europe (Ago Group) headed by Ambassador Roland Wegener held meetings in the Armenian parliament with the opposition deputies and then with the representatives of the ruling coalition. As reported by the press service of the Armenian National Assembly, the discussion focused at Armenia's meeting the commitments to the CE as well as at the possibilities of coordinated work of the ruling and opposition wings of the parliament. In this view Justice and National Unity NA opposition factions adhere to a similar position - the dialogue is possible only in case the authorities are acting in legal field. In their turn, representatives of the ruling coalition - the Republican Party of Armenia, and Dashnaktsutyun and Orinats Yerkir Parties - noted that they are acting in accord with the principles of the coalition Memorandum. They also assured the Ago Group members of their readiness to jointly work with the opposition to overcome the problems and difficulties available in the country as well as of the irrevocability of Armenia's eurointegration line.
