Suspension of Talks on Karabakh Problem Will Be Worst Scenario

Second, it will be the legal formulation of Armenia's responsibility for the security of NKR people, that is signing of a number of agreements meaning that any encroachment upon Karabakh is an encroachment upon Armenia. Third, it will be a complex strengthening of the security belt around Nagorno Karabakh by completely new means. I wouldn't like to into detail here. Certainly, a more active integration should start in the defense sector and economy development. Realizing this we should work at reforms and secure economic growth. The Armenian people have the potential for all this," the Armenian President resumed.
