One of accused in Case of Seven to be in court today

PanARMENIAN.Net - The hearing on Case of Seven will be continued in the regular court of Shengavit community with one accused - Grigor Voskerchyan - at the bar, because the other six were removed from the courtroom over disrespect for the court for 10 days.



The Case of Seven includes accusations against MP Myasnik Malkhasyan under articles 225.3 (disorders, which entailed murder), 300.1 (attempted accroachment of state power), 38-316.2 (deforce committed in complicity), Sasun Mikaelyan under articles 225.3, 300.1, and 235.1/2 (illegal purchase and sale of weapons and explosive assemblies) and Hakob Hakobyan under articles 225.3 and 300.1 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Armenia.



Besides, legal proceedings are underway against former Foreign Minister Alexander Arzumanyan under articles 225.3 and 300.1, former Mayor of Abovyan Grigor Voskerchyan, former Minister of Interior Vano Siradeghyan's security officer Suren Sirunyan and Shant Harutyunyan under articles 225.3 and 300.1 of the RA Penal Code.
