Framework agreement on Karabakh won't be signed in near future

PanARMENIAN.Net - A framework agreement on Karabakh will not be signed in the near future, said professor Ruben Safrastyan, director of the RA NAS Institute of Oriental Studies.



"Differing on a number of key issues, the sides are not prepared to resolve the conflict yet," he said, adding that attempts to speed up the process may lead to escalation of the situation.
