Armenian Defence Minister, UK Ambassador to Armenia discuss regional security

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Defence Minister Seyran Ohanyan met with the UK Ambassador to Armenia Charles Lonesdale, in connection with Britain's Defence Attache, Lt. Col. Nick Ridout’s completing his mission in Armenia and appointment of Lt. Col. Steve Philips to his position.

Armenian Defense Minister gave high assessment to Ridout’s contribution to Armenia-UK military cooperation, expressing confidence for the newly -appointed Defence Attache to further military ties.

Bilateral military collaboration and regional security issues were discussed at the meeting, Defence Ministry press service reported.
